Essential for Mexican, Thai, and Indian cooking. Use leaves, flowers, and seeds! Sow every few weeks for a constant fresh supply. Keep well watered to slow down bolting, but when it does flower, leave it to attract beneficial insects and then harvest the seeds—coriander— when the plant dries out in fall.
Direct sow in warmer months.
Will not germinate in cold soil.
